Junior Camp

Camp opportunities for campers finishing 3rd through 6th* grades with enhanced activity options.

Junior Camp

  • Camp Description

Junior Camps, designed for 3rd-6th* graders is a great opportunity to spend time at Calvin Crest enjoying the many things it has to offer. If your child is in 6th* grade, please make sure that they are comfortable with the younger ages and won’t feel like they are too old. Campers stay in air-conditioned cabins with college-aged summer staff that have been extensively screened and trained.

*We recognize that some 6th Graders in area schools are still included in Elementary schools and regularly participate in activities with younger children.  For these kids, one more year of Junior Camp might be the right choice.  Other 6th Grades are well versed in Middle School life, attending Middle School and participating in sports or other activities with older youth.  For these 6th Graders, Junior High Camp might be the better option.  You know your child best!  Please choose the camp that best reflects their experience and desire.
